Howdy - My F-I-L has a big tree that he needs removed in his back yard. I've scope it out and I would peg it as at least a 4-5 person job for it to be done safely. He's 85 and low/fixed income. Anybody know of any organizations that might be able to help out, or any reasonable tree trimming companies? TIA

Don't know of any service org.'s that could help, is a good idea though. I had a large Elm taken down about a year ago, contacted several local companies and finally went with Chuy's Tree Service out of Lorena. They were the most affordable by a couple thousand and did a great job. I had a few friends use them afterwards and all had similar experiences...fair pricing and good work.
