Making a stop in Stephenville in a couple weeks for work and looking for food recommendations for Wednesday night/ Thursday morning. Bonus points for a Mexican food breakfast on Thursday.

Bar for Wednesday night to have a couple drinks would be appreciated as well.

Okay let me stipulate I'm a greasy spoon kinda guy. But I love me some Granny Clark's in Dublin for dinner.

Wednesday night used to be (and probably still is) their buffet night. All the fried chicken, chicken fried steak and other things, that you can devour.

It's only a 10 minute drive from Stephenville. Well worth it.
