My parents want to add a small deck to the back of their house. Anyone have any recommendations for a contractor? They are about 20 mins outside of Temple. Is $10k a reasonable budget?

I've seen Rudy's in my neighborhood a few times doing some decks and wraparounds.

We used Craig Hefner (Hefner Brother's) for converting a one car garage into a game room and building a one car free standing garage. He did a great job and was one of the more reasonable bids. He was a recommendation off of this site and I would use him again on any project around my house.
