I have clients going under contract on two lots in Dripping Springs. One lot has a house and the other is empty. The main concern is the viability of building a second home on the second lot. It is tricky because the driveway slightly crosses into the second lot and the septic is on the second lot.

Sounds like you need to probably consult with a civil engineer and a septic system company to make sure your bases are covered.
