Wife and I are looking to either renovate and expand current ranch house or build new depending on cost differential.

Having trouble finding anyone in the area. Ranch is located in general Groesbeck area.

Call the woodson lumber in groesbeck. 254-625-3027. Ask for david mason. He is the local manager.

He should be able to provide you a list of the LOCAL builders. John gruell, jack garrett (creative quality builders), and Kenneth wietzkowski are a few I can think of off the top of my head.
