Looking for a good builder. I've been to the parade of homes the last few years, but maybe there's someone out there that goes by word of mouth only.

Lot is near 190 and knob hill rd out past honey walker farm.

Brandon is a great guy. I'd also recommend Tim Kasberg and Jim Volney but I haven't talked to Jim in years so I'm guessing he's still building homes. I know Tim is.

I have never heard of him. Every other person mentioned in this thread I have. OP wants word of mouth builders and I get that...but I've never heard of this builder and I haven't been out of the loop that long...
I've purposely not endorsed builders for a reason.

Bruggman built a house down the road from us. He says he's been in this area for a long time and works out of his home.

Tim Kasberg is a great builder. I had a great experience on my gut/remodel with Lee Armstrong. Also was super impressed with Brandon Whatley, but decided not to go with him due to scheduling reasons.

Would highly recommend Quarles construction. Great people. Run a solid crew and go above and beyond on service.
