Was sitting there at lunch waiting for my food when the nice lady who brings out the food told me "I'm sorry, you'll have to go to the counter for a refund, we've been shut down."

The health department was there. Bad run for Asian food places in Waco.

Went there a couple of months ago. After waiting 45 minutes after placing our order I demanded a refund and we walked out. Something changed with their management and it has gone down hill.

I used to enjoy going there. I haven't been back in 6 months after ordering my usual and the portion size was half what it used to be and not very good.

They have had other health department troubles recently.

I now make that dish at home and it's much better.

Looking at their past inspection scores, they've been shut down at least 3 times previously.

We used to enjoy Pei Wei but feel like the quality of their product has gone down as a whole overall at all of the locations we've tried. Its been a while since we've been back due to that.
