I noticed today that Hwy 6 becomes 65 mph around the split to TX-164. Does anyone know when this happened? I don't remember it dropping to 65 mph until you got closer to Riesel.

It's pretty dangerous. The lip on the pavement is pretty high in certain spots.

we went to CS about a month ago and it was still 70 from split to cemetery.

Multiple wrecks with some fatalities. It's pretty dangerous merging from 164 too.

Also the curve there is terrible. Not sure why they don't fix that.

75 was too fast for the curve. Every time it would rain there would be at least one wreck. If anything it took them too long to lower it back down. But seriously don't speed there when it is wet.
