If they are in Waco, I know a few agents that can help. Before your parents find another agent, make sure they're not under contract to list with that agent. If so, make sure they get it in writing that the agent does not represent your parents anymore.

Minnie Long was the realtor I used when I was looking for a house in the Killeen Area. She's really laid back, and didn't bs me. She works for Colonial Real Estate in Harker Heights.
