Saw on the general board that this past weekend in Galveston was "Beach Party" along with a discussion of past problems with some of the party goers. Houston Chronicle story said that most of the major problems and the huge crowds were in the past, and not as much trouble was expected - just wondering how it went.

It was fine. It really wasn't any different than your normal spring weekend in Galveston. They didn't close off any of the streets and although Seawall was a little slow, most other streets were just fine.

We did, however, look out our front window to see someone peeing on the Gaido's storage shed across the street. But that was pretty much the most exciting thing that happened over the weekend.

We eat at Gaido's every time we're in town - what exactly do they keep in their storage shed?

Uhhh, old furniture, stuff from their hotel, ice.... I dunno, why?
