Anyone know of a structure that exists in Corpus similar to the Briscoe Pavillion on Bob Hall Beach?

Nueces County has said that Briscoe pavillion is undergoing renovations until Sept., but I need to find a place to rent out that is close to the beach (any beach) to host a group of 60 summer camp kids. Suggestions?

I'm in a similar situation. I had planned to rent out that same pavilion this summer, but...
There is a small, covered open pavilion almost directly behind Bob Hall Pier that hold about 12-16 picnic tables, but its not enclosed.
You may want to check out the Padre Island National Seashore or Mustang Island State Park and see what they can offer.

Thanks for the tip ... I have no idea why they would try and renovate this particular facility during the middle of summer! Makes no sense at all.

That's the way Nueces County works. I worked for the Nueces County Parks Department for 7 years and they do everything assbackwards.
