The Victoria County A&M Club will be watching Wednesday's basketball game at Scoreboard in the VIctoria Mall.

I'm going to talk with the manager to get him to put it on the big screen. Game time is 8pm....get there early!

Chase Brown plays on Wednesdays, but not until 10ish. Hopefully that won't affect putting the game on the big projector screen.

If it does, we'll just have him put it on as many other screens as possible.

He started singing in the middle of the 1st overtime. We couldn't hear the game and nobody was watching him.

Earnie's place is more than happy to host these parties without kareoke interruption. I doubt I'll return to scoreboard after last night.

I've never had a problem with them catering to my/our needs before.

I can't take sides because The Chase was scheduled long before the games were...and not all of the games are on Wednesday anyway.

I agree with Opie. That was my first and last time to scoreboards. Many people were there to watch the game. Management could of ask him to wait. Even overheard one guy ask him to wait and Chance was in my opinion quite rude to him. If I could of left and not missed any of the game I would of.

It's usually not like that there.

Also, Chase is the owner's wife's son...so he probably thinks he can get away with having that attitude.

But, the input is good - since we get so little, any opinions are welcome. We'll just have to schedule the next game watching party at Earnie's...no biggie. We try to use both of them - Earnie's was the official football watching place - we try to keep it fair and even.

But, like I said, it's hard to plan without input...so if either of you have any other ideas, please feel free to voice them. Or...if you'd like to volunteer at an event...

Even when Chase is NOT performing you can't really hear the game anyway.

Plus, keep in mind that Scoreboard pays Chase money to perform there. I'm sure the owner wanted to get his money worth.

Plus, its a bar. They have to try to make everyone happy, and not just the people watching a particular game. You guys were there to watch the game, others were there to watch Chase.

Its all compromise, yo.

Chase brings in a big crowd - should he have waited a couple of minutes? Sure. But, there's not a lot we can do about it - we don't pay him.

Anyway, as I said before, if the concensus is to go to Earnie's will do that for the remaining games.
