Anyone seen it? Supposedly open this spring. I usually go to Blue Water in San Luis, but if this place is nice, will try it. Save about an hour and half or more from East Texas. Thanks!!

Live there and see it everyday. Say spots will be $107 -$170/day. Spose to open with 220 spots I believe with more later. Direct access to beach, swimming pool, entertainment venue, store, etc.

Thanks! I think they have backed off those prices some-- at least for spring.
