I'm going to be in the Freeport/Surfside area on the weekend of 9/18. I'm looking to set up a charter fishing trip with some friends/family that will also be down there. Anyone have any recommendations on bay versus offshore fishing this time of year? Also, any charter recommendations? TIA

Seeing as the eye pretty much went right over this area, I'm pretty sure fishing will be a messed up this weekend.
