Howdy,

Getting ready to spend 5 days in a house on the packery channel. It appears to have a little pier there and wanted to take some first time fishers fishing. Any tips of what to use? I'm assuming shrimp on popping corks would be a good start. Any ideas on what we can expect to catch in there? Not looking for massive sized fish, just fish for first timers ages 6-10. TIA!

You may be able to catch some black drum there. Schools come through pretty thick this time of year.
