Howdy all,

I am PCSing to Corpus Christi for primary aviation training. I will be living with two other pilots that are getting sent down there. We are all moving in at different times. I specifically will be getting there May 16-17th. One is getting there a week before me and the other is getting there about 5 weeks after me.

Specifically we are looking for a house on Padre or in south side (20-25 minutes away from base and preferably Padre, but open to all options), 3+ BR (looking for rooms that aren't too small, 12x12 excluding closets), 2.5+ Bath, one roommate is looking at a dog but not set on it (he will obviously pay a deposit if he gets one), in-unit laundry, and parking enough for 3 vehicles.

We aren't opposed to having a pool but we'd like the pool care to be covered in the monthly rent.

Are there any Aggies in the area looking to rent out their house? Even if your house doesn't have all of the above criteria please send it anyways! We are looking at all houses.
