Hi All. Heading down to Rockport for first time in a few years. Father in law who has since passed used to hire the guides. Any suggestion on how to find a good guide for bay fishing. Also, heard a lot about Baffin bay. Is it worth the detour? Thanks for the help!

Look up Jay watkins and his son ray jay for Rockport.

If you aren't into grinding out a wade for trophy trout , Baffin is likely not worth the trip from rockport IMO but it IS a beautiful area with a lot of cool floating cabins and scenery and holds some great trout year round.
