Anyone know what the name is of the tiny white fish that nibble on your feet near the shore? Are they useful as bait fish? Much Obliged!

Not sure what they are but if you caught them in a cast net, put them on a hook, and cast them out to the second gut you'll find out pretty quickly if they are good bait. I'd say there's a good chance they are.
