I inherited my mother's home in Corpus Christi several years ago and am considering selling it.

It needs a lot of work and I am 3 - 1/2 hours away so I may not be able to make many repairs myself. I'm willing to let it go for much less than the tax appraised value.

Any suggestions for a good realtor in Corpus Christi

We used Char Atnip for our home purchase, she is to the point and pretty knowledgeable. Might want to give her a try.
