I-10 E between Stuckeys and Winnie. Anyone know why it's there?

noticed that a couple of weeks ago heading eastbound

caught my attention, but didn't see a point to it being there

I was looking for that - it fell off my plane a few weeks ago. Do you have the coordinates so I can go retrieve?

My best guess is they are trying to get attention for the sale of that property. They have a flag streamer going from the front to the fence, and nearby is what looks like a realtor sign. It's hard to read the sign doing 75 mph, so it might be for something other than a sale. The plane definately gets some attention!

It might be the one used for this race?

The race is right outside of Winnie.

It is a dive site for scuba divers. The drought dried up all the water around it. A few good rains and it will be underwater again.
