I'm know some of you have heard rumors about Tilman's plans. I'm just glad to see this is finally going to happen. The Flagship has been such an icon for Galveston. Tilman will definitely do it justice and bring it back to it's glory days.

No fishing pier? Bummer - that's where we like to fish when we are there. When I started catching shark, I quit swimming in the ocean there.

My sister-in-law works in the city planning dept. She says that both the 61st & 90th street fishing piers will be rebuilt. They are working with the GLO to get this done.

I don't blame you about not swimming. I hate when something rubs my leg and I can't see what it is. I love the seawall, but I never get in the water.
