I know this is a long shot, but we found a male beagle dog with a blue collar - he's about 2 yrs old. We think he came from around Bay City, Sugar Valley area. Hopefully, somebody might be able to help us get him back with him owner.

its not our dog. we found him and are trying to locate his owner. he's a great dog, and i know that somebody somewhere is looking for him.
