I take care of my Mother's property near Port Alto. Last time I was there in mid June, it had not rained in a while and dont think the grass grown enough to move again. The place is empty and just want to keep it up until it sells. Is it still dry there. I am up in College Station.

I was in Port Alto for the 4th weekend.

I don't think you need to worry about the grass. Anything that isn't watered is dead.
