Living in Beeville. Today for the second time since I've moved here in September the cable is completely out, and it's never been great. At least a few times a week the picture is pixelated and the audio skips. I've got basic, my upstairs neighbor has digital and his is just as bad as mine. Ironically the internet is still great.
I've politely complained almost every time I've paid my bill adn they don't seem to care at all. Shouldn't I be able to get a discount on my service or something? Obviously I'd prefer that it be fixed. I don't watch a whole lot of tv, but when I want to watch something, I'd like to not have to worry about wheter or not it's going to work!
