Or the Levy Building on Market Street (and Tremont i think, above Quiznos). It was the largest building on the isle in 1900 and withstood the storm. Was once a Opra House and a wolworths store way back in the day.

I lived in a loft there for a while earlier in the decade and really appreciated the structure.

The Artists lofts are what its called now I believe.
