He only has two places left. Both are leased per room. So, you would be living with someone else. Heres the breakdown
Room 1
lease is for 1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment. the other room is already filled. Rent is 350 a month all bills paid except cable(water, sewage, electric). Other room mate is a college student.
Room 2
lease is for 1 room in a 4 bedroom apartment. The other 3 rooms are already rented out. Rent is 300 a month all bills paid except cable (water, sewage, electric). Other room mates are college students.
