I just looked at an updated sattelite shot of my neighborhood from this morning and noticed that my neighbors truck is in the driveway.

Is there anyone I can call to go check to see if he's still there? He's 83 and I know he'll need help if he's still there. Damn it.

I was able to call the Galveston EOC at (409) 765-3710 and they're sending someone to his apartment to check.

I can't speak for the OP, but my girlfriend came across this site.

http://ngs.woc.noaa.gov/ike/29094C7_IKE.HTM

Click on the region you're interested in first, then click on the picture once to enlarge, then again to zoom in. For comparison of what used to be there (if damaged), just use the satellite overlay on Google Maps.
