it's going to be bad news.

This is my personal observation that has held true for many years. I grew up in Baytown, and when I go back it's like all of the color is desaturated. Everything looks gray and dismal. The sad thing is that there have been some efforts to clean it up and beautify it, but it's a losing battle.
