Saturday afternoon I was going to the Keels and Wheels show in Seabrook. When I finally found the place it was $30 for admission. Most car shows are $7 or $8 or free. I just thought this was a rip off and decided to head to Galveston instead.

Galveston is great for people watching. Driving down Seawall Boulevard is an event in itself. I ended up at the Poop Deck and had a couple of cold Miller Lite cans for $2.75 a pop. That is a fun place for people watching.

Where the elite meet in bare feet.

Another good place to people watch is at The Spot for lunch. If you can't make it, check out the new real-time web cam there. I wish TexAgs would set some up around campus at A&M.
