Anyone know of an apartment/condo/house (anything!) in Galveston that will accept a lab mix over 70lb?

The house with garage apartment next to ours is owned and leased by a landlord who I know has not minded having large pets in it. The previous owner had a 130 lb great dane. The properties next to my house are not available but they manage 50 properties so they may have something available.
