HiHo is out on Morgan past where it intersects with Baldwin.
I highly recommend Dragonfly, which is on the island in a strip center just past the causeway. I like the peppered steak with cognac sauce and puff potatoes but the cook/owner revels in seafood concoctions. He is from Burgandy and plays around with the menu a lot.
The Railyway or something like that at the site of the old Hofbrau on Chapparal mimics a lot of the favorites from King's Inn---the family style seafood items, the avocado salad, the thin, mile high pile of onion rings and the sauce. Not bad.
Thai spice downtown is pretty decent as is Viet Nam, which is also downtown.
