Hey 83-84 students of Carroll High School:

What are your best and worst memories of Carroll? Who was your fav teacher? Your best friends? Your class favorites? Your fondest memories? I remember graduation ceremonies at the colisuem one year then at the Bayfront Plaza auditorium the next year and they alternated like that for awhile. I have heard the coliseum is in disrepair now(. Bummer

Anyone know where I can get a 1984 Anchor yearbook or the 1984 class picture? It would be SOOO cool if someone could upload the class picture. Ahh memories...

I would have gone to Carroll ('87) had I stayed in Corpus. What Jr. High did you go to? South Park till we moved back out to the Bluff.

I went to Martin Jr High for 8th grade and Tom Browne Jr High for 9th grade. For 7th grade, I had to go to school overseas because my dad got a Fulbright Scholarship to go teach in Scotland for a year so the whole family went too. Carroll for 10th and 11th grade, then forced to move to College Station my Sr year of high school because my dad lost his TENURED(!) job at Del Mar. Hence my nick 1984 was my graduating year from A and M Consolidated HS in College Station. I was robbed of my senior year as far as I am concerned. i wanst at Consol long enough to make any real friends but I knew so many people at Carroll. I knew the homecoming queen. Shes a great gal.

Peter Gibbons dad was a prof at Del Mar around that same time.

My dad is Dr Harold E Conway and he taught socliology, marriage and the family and I think antrhopology. I never found out why they fired him if his job was supposedly tenured

hey thats alright- can you find out if they are selling the 1984 class picture and if so, how much it is? I am also looking for a 1984 anchor yearbook if available.
