I have some work to do in the morning in Marshall, so I chose to stay in Longview. I'm not at all familiar with East Texas.

Across the street from my hotel is a Taco Bueno and Shakes side by side. I had a combination of the two which I like to call the Fatty Special. There's a Whataburger next to those two, all in all a very solid lineup. Can life get any better? I submit that it can not.

The Hampton Inn in Marshall was very nice last weekend and the beds were wonderful!

Fairfield Inn is my hotel of choice.

I love New Boston!
