Texags hasnt let me down yet, so I thought I would try here first. I need some advice on which area I should live in. I will be working in Kilgore, and the fiance will be working in Marshall. We are thinking Hallsville, East Longview as a good neutral spot as far as commuting goes. That being said, anyone know of any good duplexes, townhouses, or houses to rent in that area? Thanks in advance.

I would try Hallsville the schools seem to be better (if your going to have kids)and it is a short drive to either town. If no kids stay in Longview. I grew up in Marshall there is nothing there to do.

Grew up in Marshall, and some days wish I could get back.....slower pace, real people, down to earth.....

Now, if I were you, I would go to the Hallsville area as well, but would look for something out on some land!
