last time this happened i was 8 years old. im about 5 different kinds of excited. whoop!

I was a freshman at Nac the last time they made the playoffs. They lost to Lake Highlands in the regional finals when Phil Dawson (still in the NFL playing for the Browns) kicked a 52 yard field goal as time expired. After that, it was back to the suck that usually is Nac football for 14 years. That was a fun football season though.

It's rather amazing that the three playoff teams from that district are Nac, Whitehouse and Hallsville.

I was a freshman in HS and went to all of the playoff games including the last playoff game at Texas Stadium. That long fieldgoal about killed me!!

J.J, what's going on? I not seen/talked to you in forever? You headed to Nac for Turkey Day? I will be headed there I think on Tuesday night.

I couldn't make it back home. I've been chained to work for the last few weeks (budget time) and I'm living out of state now.

I'll be there for Christmas though. Perhaps we can catch up over an adult beverage or two then.
