My husband and I build and design websites, and we used to show cutting horses. But we are getting out of the horses business so we can travel more.. as such we are downsizing our operations and now selling our horse ranch out here in East Texas. We bought the place when we moved down from Montana and made quite a bit of improvements from when we purchased the place. Around ~100k when you add the house remodeling, pipe fence, pool additions, and general appearance of the ranch.
