Howdy Ags, after nearly a year of unfruitful searching for a job in the Longview/Tyler/Marshall area, I'm finally reaching out to the Aggie network for help. I graduated in 1997 with a B.S. in Biochemistry.
Most of my professional career has been spent working at a technology development corporation. My work consisted of about 50% writing technical reports, competitive grant submission, presentations etc with the other 50% consisting mainly of project management and hands on research in the laboratory. I am an accomplished technical writer and trained microbiologist with experience handling bloodborne pathogens and BSL 2 microorganisms. I've also worked in numerous other areas including environmental remediation work, multiple disinfection platforms for home and medical applications (ozone based, UV based, and liquid based disinfectants - peracids, etc), and remediation of contaminants in grains (served as Principal Investigator on several NIH funded grants).
I am open to most any position at this time, including sales or areas outside of my current experience. I am highly motivated and will work hard to build a new career here in the east Texas are. Please email me at kyle97 at gmail.com if you have any questions, would like a copy of my resume or have a potential job lead.
Thank you all in advance for your time and help!
