First time I've ever visited the East Texas board but my mom inherited a bit of land and she's always getting offers for lease. I believe it is a small portion of a much larger pool but I'd love to find a good Ag that can offer advice or point us in the right direction. Well that's great advice but how do I know we are getting fair market value? What if our acreage is only a portion of a larger pool? Do we need to get everyone on the same page?
Lots of questions along these lines...

The broker should explain your interest to you. If you have several offers take the best one, but first tell the others what you are going to do so they have a chance to increase their offer. But don't wait forever or you could wind up with what the bird left on the limb.
