I saw their Facebook post for the Mother Clucker yesterday. and I've been thinking about it ever since.

Anyone tried one of their beef ribs yet? I'm not normally a beef rib fan, but they swear theirs are good.

Both Stanley's in Tyler and Joseph's in Jefferson made the Texas Monthly 50 Best BBQ Joints in Texas list (both getting a 4.5 out of 5.0 rating).

I was partially kidding earlier when I said that, I'll have to give Stanly's a try before I really make that claim. Have you been to Joseph's yet? Its good eats. Next time I venture west to Tyler I'll try Stanley's and report back.

I actually had lunch at Joseph's today. Dang it was good...

Had Stanley's for lunch today...BIL on jalapeno sourdough with potato salad.

Really want to try the beef ribs, but they're only available on Friday and Saturday.
