Bounce is more expensive, but has a really good rewards program. I forget the company I'm with, but I get free electricity on Sundays. Let's just say my house is cold as hell on Sunday.

Not on the rate alone. 9.5 is the cheapest in houston but with that rate you'll get a 3% bill credit on a quarterly basis so DE could probably beat that over the long run if you consider that.
