My wife and 2 kids (2 and under) will be moving to Tyler from College Station in a little over 1 month. Would like to rent a nice 3/2 close to town in a safe neighborhood. Budget would be $1300. Let me know if you have any leads beyond what shows up on Craigslist or Zillow.

I have a 2/1 available for $99,900. It is for sale but would rent it for $1,000.

It is 1,350 sq. ft. so probably too small for a family of 4 but it's available.

It's a long sad story hat involves a death in the family but I am hoping that with the move to Tyler, a family will be helped in putting their life back together..... Tyler is not new to me though as My Wife's family is from there and I graduated from UT Tyler.

We lived 2 houses away from the Prothro's for almost 3 years. If that statement means anything to you, then I know your story...and my heart goes out to you and yours. They were unbelievably sweet to me and my family while we lived there and I would love to help repay that kindness in any way possible. So any assistance I/we can offer, please let us know.

I too am sorry about this. I moved in middle school to the neighborhood and lived one street over from the Prothros.

I played baseball with Evan and knew his family. Sorry to hear of this loss.

What happened to the Prothoros? I worked on a project for them a while back. Really nice family
