You old guys need to check out this new fad called "social media".

That search took all of about 5 seconds. Apparently he's an attorney that lives in San Antonio. Guessing this is the same guy since a bunch of the '95 and '96 guys that I know from E-1 are all friends with him. Profile says he's "from" Marble Falls.
