Gigemhilo is a regular poster around here. He's in Mt Pleasant so not exactly down the street, but I know he's been comfortable in the past working with clients that didn't live near by. Might give him a shot at it. He's a great guy and has a great reputation in the Texags universe.

Jacob George in Tyler, he's an ag. He does a lot of independent contractors (oil and gas landmen). Real easy to work with and pretty cheap too.
