I'm on a scavenger hunt that my apartment complex is doing and they're releasing clues twice a week. The person who finds the location of the hidden item gets discounted rent the following month.

I need your help solving this riddle. This applies to Tyler, Tx.

Can't think of anything for the first one.

Where is stonebriar golf course? i've never heard of it.

Definitely sounds like a school (knowledge is key). What schools have the colors blue and yellow? Someone already mentioned Chapel Hill, but does this pertain to Tyler only? What colors are the private high schools in town?

I pulled up maps of fire houses and golf courses and laid the maps over each other and there don't appear to be any right next to each other, so "links" may not be a reference to golf

There's a fire station really close to UT tyler though

Alright, I went through every school in TISD. The following are blue and yellow:

Orr Elementary
Jones elementary
Bonner Elementary

Yes, I had a lot of free time tonight

Orr Elementary - 0.92 miles to the nearest fire station
Jones elementary - 1.12 miles to the nearest fire station
Bonner Elementary - 898 yards to the nearest fire station

Also, places where knowledge is key...The Discovery Science center and the city Library are both fairly close to the downtown fire station (6 and 3 blocks respectively)

Peete Elementary is right next to a fire station, and so is Rice Elementary, but neither school colors are blue and yellow.

Where they meet on 155 has the TISD admin building. There is a firehouse there, (and a used car dealership called firehouse). Links? There is a BBQ place there I think

There is a fire station at 2815 Frankston Hwy which is right where the blue and yellow lines meet at the south end. St Louis Elementary is about 5 blocks from the station.

There is also Fire Station Auto Center at 1008 W 4th which is where the blue and yellow lines meet on the north side. 2 blocks from the auto center is the TISD building. Birdwell elementary is also about 4 blocks from there. Jim Plyler Instructional Complex is also about 2 blocks from the auto center (I think thats the school for kids who are kicked out of public school)

I can't think of any BBQ places or golf courses in that area. Earl Campbell Pkwy is right there, and he makes sausage, but that may be a stretch.

Isn't there a new Bodacious BBQ there at 155 and the loop? That's not far from there is it? Or is the area you're talking about much further north than that? If it's a lot further north than that, Willowbrook is not ridiculously far from there is it?
