Smith from start to finish, but it was closely contested. The second finisher (Mr. Green) was gracious in his comments; all in all the entire thing, while wearying to the entrants, seems overall to have been representative of what most envision "the democratic process". Smith County, overall and without reference to winning or losing, did itself proud.
