One of the best things East Texas has going for it is the barbecue, so instead of having threads mentioning barbecue spread out all over the place, I thought I would consolidate it all into one place for easier browsing. I will get it started with the places I have been, heard about, or taken from other threads on Texags, but please post below with the name of the place you like, the city, and what they do well. For Bodacious, just mention the location you like, as I think they are pretty inconsistent from location to location. If you would like to add anything to the ones I have listed, feel free.
