I found him thru Pet Pardon and trying to find a way to save him. I desperately need your help. I am not sure why they are considering Euthanizing since he was only found on 6/13. He looks in very good shape.

I am in College Station....does anyone know of anyone in Longview that could go pull him out before D-Day. I am working now to find a Foster family; it may even end up being me? If I can get him here do you know if anyone who might be interested in Fostering or being a forever home?

I am also trying to find someone to transport him here as I am not sure I can get off work. Do you know of a Dachshund Rescue Group closer to Longview?

Any suggestions are welcome? I am CC the Shelter, but will be leaving a message as they are closed today.
