Wonderful variety of art (plus great gun collection).

Seafood ? Bossier City's Ralph & Kacoo's, 1700 Old Minden Road (in shopping center - need GPS or good map).

Departing Shreveport, most gals love Libby's Glass Factory Outlet Store. Take I-20 Jewella exit, go south on Jewella. Can't miss it next to Libby Glass Factory. (Hold onto your credit card.)

There's a huge wall painting of a distant monastery in the Hymalayans Bop'll ner forget. Looks as if the clouds are just floating by.

I've only headed I-20 to Shreveport Independence Bowls (in ice and snow) and, in the old days, to drink in LA when the age was 18.

Would be nice to get some culture there for once

Stay away from casinos.

The 8th Air Force has a great little historic museum at Barksdale AFB, Bossier City.

Plus, aircraft static displays.

Another cool museum is the Michelson in Marshall.
