how does the State of Texas justify itself in requiring Tyler, which has judiciously over many, many years and through sound forethought, foresight and planning established a sound water, and other considerations, basis for it's citizenry, now require the surrender of it's water, to Tyler's detriment, to foreign sections of, sadly, Texas, but, by God, ours is ours. This sort of thing is what leads to barricades.

Who took your water, and why? I believe most municipalities own certain levels on the water rights to lakes and reservoirs. Did your lake dry up in the drought?
