Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards in Pittsburg, TX - have heard nothing but good things from friends who have been there so we decided to try it on Saturday night. They had a little jazz quartet playing inside and it was full, so we sat out on the porch, ordered a wine tasting and food from their tapas menu - this was about 7:30. We picked a bottle of wine from the tasting - the waitress brought a different bottle than what we ordered, but we didn't say anything and kept it. Never saw her again (except when she dropped a platter of food - not ours - coming out the door once - the only food we saw brought out all night by the way). We were not rude, didn't make a scene, but were treated rudely by the manager and waitstaff, never got our food and no one even apologized for the delay. We went out of our way to go there - I'm just trying to save you a trip.

If you truly want a fine dining experience, there are much nicer places to go in much better locations. This one is not worth the drive.

Looks like a nice place - we'd probably be coming from Mt. Pleasant - doesn't look too terribly far from there.

They are having a little "festival" in a couple weeks, I think we are going to go check that out!

I've been to Los Pinos once and we had a good time although we were there during the day and there were few people there. Pretty good patio setting.

Enoch's looks cool. I'll be sure to check that out next time I'm visiting my parents in White Oak.
